Off-screen Coronation Street couple Sally Carman and Joe Duttine enjoyed a cheeky snog at Jack Shepherd’s wedding on Saturday.

The actress, 43, who plays Abi Franklin in the soap met the Tim Metcalfe actor, 53, on the Manchester set in 2017 before tying the knot in 2022.

And while Jack married his stunning partner Hanni Treweek in Manchester, Sally and Joe expressed their own love as they shared a passionate kiss outside the venue.

Sally looked incredible as she stepped out in a floral yellow skirt and dress coat which featured a ruffle design and a bell sleeve.

She switched out her sophisticated nude heels for a pair of casual white flip flops as she toted around her belongings in a nude leather bag.

The blonde beauty kept a low profile as she wore a pair of brown tinted sunglasses and accessorised with a pair of gold earrings.

Meanwhile Joe looked handsome in a black two-piece suit which he layered over a crisp white shirt.   

 Sally previously confessed that she finds it ‘horrendous’ working with her husband on the soap set.

Speaking to OK! in 2024 Sally revealed that her other half was so funny that he often leaves her in stitches during scenes, making her relieved their characters don’t often come face to face on screen.

‘Obviously, I love my husband dearly, but to work with him would be horrendous – he’s too funny!’

Adding: ‘I do tend to watch Joe’s stuff [in Corrie] at home but sometimes it’s hard to get into it because he’s already told me everything about the filming of it.’

Sally joined Coronation Street in 2017, playing former drug addict Abi, with the character becoming embroiled in a dramatic storyline this year following the murder of her son Seb.

She met Joe on set, with the actor playing cab boss Tim.

The live together in a village close to Stockport and got engaged during the first lockdown last year, with Sally being a step-mother to Joe’s three children, aged 27, 16 and 14.

In the coming years she admits she’d love to appear in a Christmas movie aside from Coronation Street.

Newlyweds Jack and Hanni shared a passionate kiss as white confetti fell on them after the romantic ceremony.

Jack, who has played the iconic David Platt on the ITV show since 2000, cut a dapper figure in a white suit as he arrived in a red mustang with his mother and his son Reuben, who he shares with his ex Lauren Shippey.

Hanni arrived shortly after, and looked gorgeous in an elegant white gown, with lace detail and a long trail.

Fellow Corrie star Lucy Fallon, who plays David’s niece Bethany Platt, turned heads in a plunging yellow gown, teamed with gold strappy heels.

TIna O’Brien, who plays his sister Sarah, looked typically chic in a plunging blue and white gown, while his on-screen wife Julia Goulding opted for a turquoise number.

Other Corrie stars in attendance included Samia Longchambon, Colson Smith, Ben Price, Alan Halsall and Jayne Danson.

Jack, who won Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, previously revealed he took part in the show in order to pay for the wedding.
