Soap lovers will have to prepare themselves for more turmoil in soapland – but there’s also a huge return on the cards.
Emmerdale is set to be rocked by the return of April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan), who disappeared from the village earlier this year after finding a new friend and potential love interest in Dylan (Fred Kettle). However, Dylan quickly left the Dales for rehab.
Meanwhile, over on Coronation Street, Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) is preparing to walk down the aisle with Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin), while Abi Webster (Sally Carman) finds herself caught in a love triangle.
In EastEnders, Oscar Branning’s (Pierre Moullier) future hangs in the balance as he becomes increasingly desperate to escape his past. And there’s more chaos brewing in Hollyoaks, Neighbours and Home and Away.

Emmerdale
Back in Emmerdale, April is horrified when she discovers Dylan has injured his leg but refuses medical attention. The pair sneak into the vets’ surgery, only to be interrupted by a surprised Paddy (Dominic Brunt), who treats Dylan’s wound.
After learning that Dylan is still without a home, Paddy kindly offers him a place to stay for the night. Ray then informs Dylan about potential work opportunities, and while Mandy (Lisa Riley) is preoccupied, Dylan reveals a hidden stash of drugs in his backpack.
Elsewhere, John (Oliver Farnworth) tries to convince a doubtful Aaron (Danny Miller) to go easy on Robert (Ryan Hawley). Following an awkward encounter with John, Robert attempts to clear the air with Aaron himself and hints at leaving.
Ruby (Beth Cordingly) and Lewis (Bradley Riches) are encouraging Steph (Georgia Jay) to reconsider her relationship with Ross (Michael Parr), and Lewis even arranges for Ross to give Steph a lift to her therapy session when her car conks out.
Back at Mill Cottage, Ruby is over the moon to see the pair together again and they make their relationship official, with Ross denying he’s been seeing anyone else.
Later on, Ruby, Lewis and Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker) head out for lunch and the duo probe for juicy details about Manpreet’s romantic life. Will she spill the beans about her secret affair with Ross?
Meanwhile, Charity (Emma Atkins) has some heartbreaking news for Sarah (Katie Hill) and Vinny (Bradley Johnson) continues to grapple with his sexuality, seeking answers online.

Coronation Street
Abi steps in for Kevin (Michael Le Vell) as he reveals he’s off the hook. But while everyone’s busy congratulating him, she sneaks off to meet Carl (Jonathan Howard) at the hotel.
Kevin confides in Debbie (Sue Devaney) that he fears he’s losing Abi. At the hotel, Abi is taken aback when she spots a text from Fiona on Carl’s phone.
After snapping up bargain suits for Dev and Aadi (Adam Hussain), Bernie’s having a quiet hen do at the Bistro until she hears that the lads have hired a pole dancer. Bernie’s livid and storms out.
Later, Dev and Bernie’s wedding day takes a disastrous turn when the quads fall ill. Bernie forgets her lucky charm and in her rush to retrieve it, she stumbles upon a burglary. Meanwhile, Debbie drops a shocker on the guests.
Kit (Jacob Roberts) discovers more about Brody’s (Ryan Mulvey) difficult past and is saddened by what he learns. In an attempt to support him, Kit invites him to a match. However, things don’t go as expected when he invites Sarah (Tina O’Brien) for lunch with him and Brody.
In other news, Todd (Gareth Pierce) informs Theo (James Cartwright) that the corner shop flat is up for grabs. But Todd is puzzled when Theo declines to spend time with him and Summer (Harriet Bibby). Later, an incident involving Aadi lands Theo in hot water with the law.

EastEnders
Oscar’s week begins on a sour note when Mike shows up demanding £5k for the Brannings’ safety. He initially tries to entice Ian into a business deal to raise the needed funds but when Ian turns him down, Oscar spills the beans to Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa).
Patrick (Rudolph Walker) and Howie (Delroy Atkinson) place a bet against Yolande’s (Angela Wynter) wishes – and win £6k. However, Yolande later scolds Patrick for gambling and calls off their wedding.
In desperate need of cash, Oscar breaks into No. 20 to nick Patrick’s winnings but is caught in the act. Before long, Oscar shoves Patrick causing him to fall unconscious.
Avani (Aaliyah James) and Suki (Balvinder Sopal) are gearing up for Avani’s 12-week scan, but Eve (Heather Peace) isn’t sold on Suki’s plan.
When Vinny comes back from Ash’s wedding, Eve grabs the chance to chat with Avani alone and later nudges Suki to have a word with her son. Later on, Eve and Avani fib to Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) after she stumbles upon a hospital receipt.
In other news, Ross (Alex Walkinshaw) gets a ring from Joel’s mum, who tells him she’s tying the knot again. Later, Joel (Max Murray) sneaks off to The Vic with Tommy (Sonny Kendall), but they’re intercepted by Ross, Viki (Alice Haig), Kat (Jessie Wallace) and Alfie (Shane Richie), leading to Joel losing his cool.
Later still, Joel and Ross share a moment over a harmless video from Joel’s favourite influencer. But the good vibes don’t last long when Ross uncovers something worrying.

Hollyoaks
Rex alters his statement and points the blame at Clare, Grace and DI Banks. Undercover coppers keep an eye on Grace’s flat while Donny and Dodger are ready and waiting.
But the operation hits a snag later on. In jail, Tom lets Froggy in on some news, which leads him to make a phone call. Meanwhile, Leela reveals her difficulties in getting over Joel.
Darren is worried about Frankie’s relationship with Jacob but changes his tune after getting some advice from Nancy. Elsewhere, Vicky keeps looking for ways to get in touch with Robbie.

Neighbours
Byron is set to bid farewell to Erinsborough with a barbecue, while Andrew is left reeling after his confrontation with Bowman – but shares another intense moment with Holly who thanks him for her protection.
Taye isn’t impressed by Sadie and lays down an ultimatum. In the meantime, Paul makes tough decisions to ensure Lassiters’ success – but Nell and Nicolette are outraged by his tactics.
Later on, Paul gets a surprise when he discusses his future with Terese. Meanwhile, Remi and Cara find it difficult to move forward while Annalise misunderstands Leo’s intentions.
Home and Away
Remi and Sonny are embroiled in a heated argument with Dana looking on. But when she seeks answers from the pair, Remi advises her to let it go.
Kirby’s over the moon after her album launch, but she’s taken aback when she receives an enticing offer – and it could whisk her away to Europe.
Meanwhile, Tane returns from Japan and has a tense reunion with Harper. Roo grapples with what to tell Cohen as he eagerly awaits a letter from his mother. Later, David discovers heartbreaking news for Cohen.
