The original first wife of the Sister Wives family shared a recent post that her fans have been waiting for. In the post, Meri Brown describes a practice run. She recently told part of her story to a hand-selected group of trustworthy friends. But it wasn’t planned, it just unfolded while they were together at an event.

This latest post had Meri making good on her promise to share her story one day. Fans waited for Meri to come forward since the day she made that vow while looking into the Sister Wives camera. She said, “Oh, my voice will be heard. I will no longer be silent”.

Meri Brown recently led a business-building retreat. But the stage in the auditorium prompted Meri to offer an impromptu speech with just a few friends around. About eight years ago, she “had an experience”. This prompted her to make a goal that one day she would tell her story outside the Sister Wives venue. And she carried around a need to do this ever since. So, for some time now, she’s been getting ready for the day when her floodgates open.

Meri writes, “Once upon a time about 8 years ago, I had an experience where I knew in my soul my story would be told”. She continued, “MY story. In my own way. I didn’t know what that meant or looked like at the time because I already had this TV show that I was part of that was documenting my life”.

Meri Brown got up on the stage and shared part of her story. She said it wasn’t the time or the place for the full version. But what she did share with these trusted friends turned into an emotional event for her.

So, Meri breaking the silence on her real story seems to pave the way for her big event of revealing the things she’s kept under wraps. Since Meri Brown said this a while back, fans assumed her story is about her relationship with Kody Brown and the Sister Wives family.
